针药结合治疗普通型偏头痛临床观察

摘　　要：【目的】了解头康宁胶囊结合针刺治疗普通型偏头痛的疗效。【方法】应用头康宁胶囊结合针刺治疗普通型偏头痛174例,并辨证分型,同时设立对照组(盐酸罗痛定片剂治疗87例)。【结果】针药结合治疗组总有效率非常显著优于对照组,治疗组中肾虚型头痛、痰浊型头痛的疗效较差。【结论】头康宁胶囊结合针刺适合于血瘀证型、肝阳上亢证型和普通型偏头痛。【Objective】To observe the therapeutic effect of acupuncture and Chinese medicine against the normal hemicrania.【Methods】Two hundred and sixty-one patients were divided into treatment groups(174,pattern,acupuncture and Tou Kang Ning capsule) and control group(87,Luo Tong Ding tablet) randomly.【Results】The total effective rate of the treatment group was observed obviously and it was superior to control group,P<0.005;the therapeutic effect of the patterns of kidney deficiency and turtid phlegm was lower than other patterns in the treatment group.【Conclusion】Association of the acupuncture and Tou Kang Ning capsule is adapt to the normal hemicrania of the patterns of blood deficiency,Yang of liver ascending,and stagnant blood.
