摘　　要：目的 采用高效液相色谱法测定维生素E尿囊素乳膏中维生素E与尿囊素的含量.方法 采用高效液相色谱法.维生素E用C18柱,以甲醇为流动相,流速1.5 mL/min,检测波长284 nm;尿囊素用ZOR-BAX NH3柱,以甲醇:水=80:20为流动相,流速1.0 mL/min,检测波长为224 nm.结果 维生素E线性范围29.32～175.92μg/mL,r=0.999 99,平均回收率为98.89%,RSD=1.54%(n=9);尿囊素线性范围187.68～938.40 μg/mL,r=0.999 95,平均回收率为99.90%,RSD=1.92%(n=9).结论 本品制备简单,含量测定用高效液相色谱法,测定方法专属性强,结果准确可靠,并能很好地控制制剂质量.Objective To establish a method for content determination of vitamin E allantoin cream by HPLC.Methods The content of vitamin E and allantoin were determined by HPLC.Vitamin E:C_(18)-column was used with methanol as a mobile phase,flow rate was 1.5 mL/min,a detecting wavelength was at 284 nm.Allantoin:ZORBAX-NH3 column was used with methanol:water=80∶20 as a mobile phase,flow rate was 1.0 mL/min,a detecting wavelength was at 224 nm.Results The linear range of vitamin E was from 29.32 μg/mL to 175.92 μg/mL,r=0.999 99,the average recovery was 98.89,RSD=1.54%(n=9).The linear range of Allantion was from 0.180 3 mg/mL to 0.998 0 mg/mL,r=0.999 32,the average recovery was 99.25,RSD=0.82%(n=9).Conclusion This method is simple,special and accurate for the determination of vitamin E and Allantion by HPLC.It can be used in the quality control of this cream well.
