经宫颈插管治疗输卵管妊娠疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨甲氨蝶呤(MTX)输卵管局部用药及全身用药配伍米非司酮保守治疗非破裂型输卵管妊娠的疗效。方法:A组46例在X线透视下经阴道宫颈管入路选择性输卵管插管注入MTX50mg配伍米非司酮。B组40例为肌肉注射MTX20mg,每日1次共5天,并配伍米非司酮。结果:A组46例治愈43例,治疗成功率93.5%,明显高于B组(P<0.05)。结论:选择经阴道宫颈管入路输卵管局部注入MTX配伍米非司酮治疗非破裂型输卵管妊娠,疗效肯定,高效、安全、痛苦小,术后患侧输卵管通畅,保留了生育能力,适合临床广泛应用。Objective:To study the curative effect of methotrexate by tubal topical medication combined with mifepristone by general medication in the treatment of tubal pregnancy without rupture.Methods:46 patients in group A received methotrexate 50 mg by transuterocervical intubation injection under X-ray fluoroscopy combined with mifepristone.40 patients in group B received methotrexate 20 mg by intramuscular injection combined with mifepristone for 5 days.Results:43 of 46 patients in group A were cured,the successful rate was 93.5%,significantly higher than that in group B.Conclusion:The advantages of methotrexate by transuterocervical intubation injection combined with mifepristone in tubal pregnancy without rupture are safety,high effect and little pain,the tubal is unobstructed and the fertility is retained after operation.This method should be used widely in clinic.
