摘　　要：驰名商标的淡化作为对驰名商标侵权的一种更具有隐蔽性的新形态和表现形式,频频出现在商标纷争之中。因此,以新的视角架构驰名商标反淡化保护的立法框架,深刻探究对驰名商标进行反淡化的保护之道,具有重要的理论意义和现实意义。The dilution of well-known trademarks,as a more concealed form and manifestation in trademark infringement,freguently appears in the trademark disputes.Therefore,the configuration of legislative fame for the well-known trademark anti-dilution proteetion from a new angle and the study on its protective way are meaningful in theory and practice.
