摘　　要：为了引起社会对中小学教师心理健康问题的重视,采用SCL-90心理健康测验对427名中小学教师进行测评,结果表明有42.8%的教师存在不同程度的心理问题,小学教师心理问题尤其突出,其次是高中教师、初中教师.通过进一步对阳性组教师的10个因子分析,总体排列前5名的症状依次为躯体化、敌对、强迫、忧郁、其它.本文探讨其症状产生的原因,并针对教师的心理问题提出建议.Selecting and using SCL-90 psychological health test,in which 427 teachers in middle and primary school were tested,in order to give rise to attach great importance to psychological health problem.Investigating result indicated that 42.8 % teachers existed psychological problem in varying degrees,especially the teachers were serious in primary school,secondly the teachers were in senior and middle school.By means of further analyzing of 10 factors for teachers in accordance with positive group,5 front grade in overall arrange:body,hostility,coercion,melancholy and other.This text explores producing results for proposal in accordance with teachers' psychological problem.
