替米沙坦对高血压病人左心室质量与血压变异性的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨替米沙坦对高血压病人血压的变异性和左心室质量的影响。方法对95例应用替米沙坦治疗高血压病人3个月,比较治疗前、后24h收缩压、舒张压、左心室质量及血管紧张素Ⅱ血浆浓度的变化。结果24h及日间收缩压变异性、舒张压变异性、夜间收缩压变异性较治疗前降低(P<0.05);24h时收缩压和舒张压较治疗前明显下降(P<0.05);左心室质量较治疗前轻;血管紧张素Ⅱ水平与治疗前比较无明显改变(P>0.05)。结论替米沙坦可降低高血压病人的血压变异性,同时减轻左心室质量。objectives To evaluate the effect of telmisartan on left ventricle mass and blood pressure variability(BPV) in patients with hypertension. Methods 95 patients with essential hypertension were treated with telmisartan for 3 months. Systolic blood pressure(SBP), diastolic blood pressure (DBP), BPV, target left ventricle mass and change in plasma concentration of angiotensin Ⅱwere compared before and after treatment. Results Compared with the values of SBPV, MBPV before the treatment and during the day, the value of SBPV during night time was lower than before (P<0.05); 24 hour SBP and DBP value were greatly reduced compared with those of before(P<0.01); Left ventricle mass was lighter compared with that of before; there was no significant change in angiotensin Ⅱ value (P>0.05). Conclusions Telmisartan can greatly reduce blood pressure variability, while reducing the left ventricle mass.
