摘　　要：新中国成立后中国共产党成为执政党,随着改革开放和社会主义市场经济的发展,社会环境日益复杂,对领导干部保持共产党人和人民公仆的革命本色提出了更严峻的挑战,这就需要我党采取一定的措施加强对领导干部的监督。After the founding of New China,the CPU has become the ruling party.With the development of reform and opening,and with the promotion of socialist market economy,the social surrounding has got more complicated,Those have made more serious challenges for leading cadres to keep the revolutionary nature of communists and people's public servants.Therefore,it's necessary for our party to take certain action to tighten supervision over leading cadres.
