国审抗病高产转基因抗虫棉冀棉958选育研究

摘　　要：根据冀棉958(参试名称冀1286)的亲本来源和选育过程,以2002～2004年全国两河流域棉花品种区域试验结果为依据,分析了棉花新杂交种冀棉958的遗传背景、育种方法和主要性状特征.结果表明,冀棉958具有海岛棉、陆地棉和野生棉的血统,遗传基础丰富;在现代生物技术和常规育种方法的基础上,采用混合系谱选择法,选育技术先进;多年多点比较鉴定,性状遗传稳定,产量突出,抗病性强,纤维品质优良;外源抗虫Bt基因表达充分,苗期、蕾期、花期和铃期棉叶中Bt杀虫蛋白表达量以及苗期抗性纯合度均高于抗虫CK品种中棉所41.According to the origin and pedigree of pearents and the data obtained from the regional test in 2002-2004,this paper analyzed the development background,breeding method and main characteristics of the newly released cotton variety Jimian 958.This new cultivar has the pedigree of wild cotton and other related species with a much wider genetic background.The development of the variety adopted both traditional mhtods and biotechnology.The variety showed a high and stable yield in multi-years experiment.
