摘　　要：行政决策的民主化和科学化是我国政治体制改革的重要目标,是社会主义民主政治建设的核心内容,也是社会主义市场经济发展的客观要求。市场经济、民主政治以及和谐社会的构建构成我国行政决策民主化和科学化的动力机制,推动我国行政决策的民主化和科学化进程是一个系统工程,要在决策理念、决策制度、决策方法等方面进一步完善。The democratization and scienzation of administrative decision is the important goal of reforming the political system of our country,the central content of constructing socialistic democracy,and the objective request of developing socialistic market economy too.The writers analyzed the status quo of administrative decision in our country,put forward that the push of market economy,the development of democracy,and the construction of harmonious society are the driving mechanism for the democratization and scienzation of administrative decision,and discuss how to push the progress of the democratization and scienzation of administrative decision in our country.
