循环经济时代对水污染防治的思考

摘　　要：随着经济社会的快速发展,在传统经济增长方式下,水环境污染日益严重。如何有效遏制水环境恶化趋势,重新建立起水资源的健康循环,是当前水资源可持续利用与人类永续发展的根本性问题。本文主要论述以循环经济的理念创新思维,寻求水污染防治的对策和措施,建立水资源的健康循环,来保证经济社会的可持续发展。Cyclic economy is the basis of knowledge economy whose clue is already seen nowadays.With the fast development of the economic society and due to the affection of the traditional economic growth mode,water environment pollution has proven to be an increasingly serious problem.The essential issue in water resources utilization and for human development is to effectively check the deterioration of water environment and rebuild a healthy water circulation.Based on the theory of cyclic economy,this paper tries to discover countermeasures against water pollution,seeing the healthy circulation of water resources as a guarantee of sustainable social development.
