摘　　要：本文首先简要地叙述了Philips公司生产的RTC芯片PCF8583的主要特点、内部结构和工作模式,并给出一个典型应用实例——水文数据采集器。该采集器同时采用两片PCF8583,简单、可靠地实现了水位、雨量数据的采集。This article introduced the character,the inside construct and work pattern mainly of RTC Chip of PCF8583 which produced by Philips Company and give a typical application concrete instance as hydrology data collecter.the data collecter adopted tow PCF 8583 chip and achieved water level and rainfall data collection.
