齿轮精度新标准下侧隙设计中的几个问题

摘　　要：表列了有关侧隙设计的新旧标准指标,解释了它们在各自标准中的含义,分析了对应指标的不同。在此基础上指出了侧隙设计计算中最小侧隙jbnmin应用上出现的问题和齿厚上偏差计算公式中出现的问题,分析了产生问题的原因,说明了正确的应用和计算方法。This paper listed some targets on the backlash design in the new and former national standards. Explained their significations existed in these standards. Analyzed the differences between the corresponding targets. Based these pointed the problems on the application of the least basklash jbnmin and on the calculate formulae of the up-deviation width of teeth in the backlash design and calculate. Analyzed the reasons existing problems. Illuminated the right applying and calculating means.
