摘  要:用超音速等离子喷涂(HEPJet)和两种进口高速氧燃气火焰喷涂设备(JP-5000和DJ-2700)制备WC-Co涂层,进行了30(°)和90(°)攻角的冲蚀磨损对比试验,分析了涂层的SEM磨损形貌。结果表明超音速等离子喷涂WC-Co涂层抗冲蚀性能与JP-5000相当,要优于DJ-2700;在30(°)冲蚀磨损条件下,WC-Co涂层的失效行为表现为疲劳剥落和微切削2种特征;在90(°)冲蚀磨损时,涂层的失效主要是垂直表面的磨粒冲击力导致涂层疲劳剥落。The WC-12Co coatings were sprayed by different super-sonic thermal spraying processes of Supersonic Plasma Spraying(HEPJet) and two kind of HVOF(JP5000,DJ-2700).The contrast test erosion of 30(°) or 90(°) jet angle are carried out,and the surface SEM morphology of coatings is also analyzed.The results showed that the WC-Co coatings' main properties by the Super-sonic Plasma Spray was equivalent to JP-5000,and better than DJ-2700.At 30(°) jet angles,erosion wear behavior of WC-Co coating present the characteristics of micro-cutting and scale exfoliation;At 90(°) jet angles,the coatings present the fatigue desquamate due to the upright wallop of particles on the coating surface.
