摘　　要：目的 了解惠州市2003-2005年麻疹流行病学特征,探讨该市加速控制麻疹策略.方法 利用麻疹疫情监测和人群免疫状况资料,对惠州市2003-2005年麻疹发病情况及相关因素进行流行病学分析.结果 2003-2005年惠州市麻疹监测系统共报告麻疹疑似病例1 143例,年平均报告发病率10.9/10万.发病季节高峰在3～6月,发病年龄主要是≤14岁儿童(75.6%);麻疹病例22.4%未接种麻疹疫苗,58.4%免疫史不详;病例中流动人口占29.0%.人群麻疹抗体阳性率94.6%,保护率为58.5%.结论 惠州市近3年麻疹发病呈上升趋势,人群麻疹免疫保护水平较低,应在1～14岁儿童中开展麻疹疫苗初始强化免疫和入托、入学儿童预防接种证查验工作,同时要求外来青工新招入厂时接种麻疹疫苗.Objective To understand the epidemic situation of measles in Huizhou city from 2003 to 2005 and speed up its control work. Methods The data of measles surveillance and immunization status of people were collected to analyze the epidemic situation of measles and its effect factors from 2003-2005 by epidemiological methods. Results A total of 1 143 suspected measles cases were reported in Huizhou city from 2003 to 2005,the average annual incidence was 10.9 per 100 000。The seasonal incidence peak was from March to June. Measles mainly occurred in children less than 14 years old (75.6%). 22.4% of all the cases did not take measles vaccination,and 58.4% had no clear immunization history. Floating population accounted for 29.0% of all the cases. The positive rate of measles antibody was 94.6% and the rate of protection was 58.5%. Conclusions In recent 3 years,the epidemic trend of measles in Huizhou city is rising. The immune level of population is low. It is necessary to carry out measles catch-up mass immunization campaign among children aged 1-14 years old. The regular checking of vaccination certificates should be conducted when children under 14 years old are enrolled in school. At the same time,measles vaccination should be implemented among floating population who are newly recruited by factories.
