中国艾滋病健康教育研究的文献分析

摘　　要：目的通过对我国预防艾滋病的健康教育研究文献的分析,了解我国在该领域研究的现状和发展规律。方法利用中国生物医学文献数据库检索,提取相关文献内容,并结合原文进行分析研究。结果共检出艾滋病健康教育研究文献1153篇,我国预防艾滋病的健康教育研究工作的开展,始于1988年,2000年以后,发表论文占全部文献的74·85%。《中国性病艾滋病防治》等8种期刊刊载文献占全部文献的55·6%。疾病控制中心、大学和医院发表论文占全部文献的73%。艾滋病病毒感染者多、经济发达地区发表论文占全部文献的74·85%。结论我国预防艾滋病的健康教育研究工作的开展,疾病控制中心已承担起艾滋病健康教育的重要任务。大部分研究集中在艾滋病病毒感染者较多和经济发达地区。研究对象以学生和高危人群为主,研究方法是以通过问卷调查的形式评价健康教育干预的效果为主。Objective To analyze the literature of AIDS prevention health education research and so as to reveal the situation and the trend of research in the field in China.Methods The research was analyzed by combining extracting concerned literatures from CBMdisc with original literatures. Results 1153 papers on AIDS health education research were searched on the Internet. The AIDS prevention health education research began in 1988 in China. The literatures published after 2000 accounted for 74.85% of all the literatures. Eight journals including “Chinese Journal of Prevention and Control of STD&AIDS” published most of the literatures that accounted for 55.6%. The total amount of papers that published by Centers for disease control and prevention, universities and hospitals accounted for 73%. The amount of papers from the main area of AIDS infection and developed areas accounted for 74.85%. Results The work of AIDS prevention health education research got high peak after 2000. The centers for disease control and prevention undertook the important work of AIDS health education. The research in China was focus on the main area of AIDS infection and developed areas. The objects of research were pupils and high-risk groups. The research method was to evaluate the interference effect of AIDS health education by questionnaire investigation.
