摘  要:建立了顺序输送混油模型,使用大型计算流体力学软件Phoenics对它进行了模拟计算。通过与汽、柴油顺序输送对比,分析了汽油、水顺序输送特殊的混油变化情况。结果表明,在大落差管道,流速不大的情况下,密度差对层流边界层影响比较明显。当流速增大时,混油尾有明显的减少趋势。研究结果能为油水混油界面的跟踪与切割提供依据和帮助。The intermixing model of batch transportation was established and it was calculated with the help of Phoenics.Through contrasting with batch transportation of gasoline with diesel oil,analyzed special intermixing change at batch transportation of gasoline with water.The computation results showed that the effect of density differences when velocity of flow was small was obvious to the boundary of laminar flow in the elevation difference pipeline.Intermixing decreased obviously when velocity of flow was increased.It can offer basis and help to trail and cut intermixing interface.
