摘 要:针对目前177.8 mm(7英寸)套管井分层酸化存在的封隔器耐压低、酸化后封隔器无法洗井问题,开展了177.8 mm(7英寸)套管井分层酸化工艺技术的研究。改进封隔器皮碗胶料配方及骨架后,提高了封隔器的耐压性能;改进封隔器中心管结构并与细分开关配合使用,采用2次投球,使分层酸化层段可达到3层;通过对酸化封隔器设计特殊的洗井开关结构,可实现酸化施工后可靠洗井。介绍了177.8 mm(7英寸)套管井分层酸化技术的工作原理、技术组成及工艺过程、技术特点及主要技术指标,该技术自2005-01投入使用,截止到2005-12,在采油一厂、采油二厂现场应用10口井,工艺成功率100%,有效率100%,累计增产原油1500t,增注181463 m^3,净增效益¥150.47万元。现场应用表明,该技术能够满足177.8 mm(7英寸)套管井分层酸化的需要,增油效果显著。Aiming at solving problem of lower pressure withstanding and without washing well curb of 7' delaminate acid treatment for cased well,we develop 7″cased well delaminate acid treatment technology. The performance of packer is enhanced,by means of improvement of packer cup prescription.The number of delaminate acid treatment layer reaches to three,by means of improvement of packer central tube struc- ture and using subdivision switch and throwing ball into well twice; washing well is credibility after acid treatment,by means of special washing well switch structure.Working principle of 177.8 mm casing well delaminate acid treatment and technology constitute and technological process is introduced in this article. This technology has been applied to first oil extraction factory and second oil extraction factory from Janu- ary to February in 2005.The number of applied well reaches to 10 wells.Techniques success,available ra- tio reach 100%,total increased oil production is 1500t.Water influx increases 181463m^3.Benefit in- crease¥1,504,700 Yuan.Application on the field indicates that this technology suits the need of 7″casing well delaminate acid treatment.Effect of increasing oil is great.
