摘　　要：在SMT的焊接固化过程中,常因PCB板卡堵在炉内而被烘坏,因而及时报警非常必要。在简要介绍回焊炉及有关故障的基础上,提出了采用PLC控制的报警策略,简述了报警原理,给出了程序图和梯形图,实际使用效果良好。In welding and solidity process of SMT(surface mount technology),some of the PCBs may be burnt because of blocking up in the oven,so it is very important to provide alarm information on time. On the basis of introduction of reflow oven and relevant fault situation,the alarm strategy by using PLC is proposed.The principle of alarm is described briefly,the program and ladder diagrams are given.The practical operation offers excellent results.
