摘　　要：为了保证新区异型坯计量的准确性,设计并制作安装了一台异型坯辊道秤。介绍了该辊道秤的设计、开发、制造安装过程及其自动控制特点。该秤具有安装简便、称量准确度高、维护方便、运行稳定等特点。它的开发和应用得到了良好的效果,达到了预期目的。 In order to ensure the metering accuracy for special shaped slabs in the medium scale new sector of Laiwu Iron & Steel Works,a weigher of roller bed is designed and developed.The design,development,fabrication and installation of the weigher and the features of its automatic control system are introduced.The weigher features simple installation,high accuracy,easy maintenance and stable operation,etc.Excellent effect meeting expected target is obtained in development and operation of the weigher.
