摘　　要：介绍了一款新型液晶显示器的电路设计和软件实现。该显示器以Freescale公司HCS12系列单片机MC9S12E64为主控制器,以支持I2C总线协议的PCF8576CT芯片为显示驱动。简要介绍了PCF8576CT的工作原理、单片机MC9S12E64对I2C总线的操作,并通过实例给出了电路原理图和接口程序,同时讨论了PCF8576CT的应用。该液晶显示器具有微功耗、体积小、电路设计简单、液晶显示清晰、响应速度快、维护更新方便等优点,在温度、压力、流量等许多应用领域具有巨大的经济和使用价值,拥有广阔的应用前景。Design of the circuit for a new type of liquid crystal display and implementation of this display′s software are introduced.This display employs MC9S12E64 based on HCS12 series single-chip microprocessor from Freescale Inc as the main controller to support I2C bus protocol based PCF8576CT single-chip LCD driver.The principle of PCF8576CT and operation of I2C bus by MC9S12E64 single-board computer are described briefly.A circuit schematic diagram and interface program are illustrated,while the application of PCF8576CT is discussed.This liquid crystal display has advantages such as low power consumption,small size,simple circuit design,high display definition,fast response speed and easy to maintenance,it brings economic and practical values to many applications including temperature,pressure and flow applications.
