摘 要:根据理想生长过程粒度分布变化的特性,建立了铝酸钠溶液种分理想生长过程粒度分布变化的数学模型.根据模型求解了理想生长过程的晶体生长线速率,并比较了模型预测粒度分布与实测粒度分布的相对偏差.该模型在搅拌速率相对较高,温度在55~75℃,αk,0为1.5~2.1,固含600g·L-1左右,苛性碱浓度为150~180g·L-1的条件下能较好预测种分过程粒度分布变化.并且通过理论生长模型预测的粒度分布与实测值进行比较,讨论了非理想生长的种分过程的粒度变化规律.The theoretical particle size distribution model on ideal growth process of gibbsite precipitation from supersaturated sodium aluminate solution was constructed armed with the knowledge of characteristics of ideal growth process.The growth rate of ideal growth process was solved by the model,and the particle size distribution obtained by the model was compared with that detected by experiments.The model is well worked under the following conditions: relatively high stirring rate,temperature between 55~75 ℃,αk,0 is 1.5~2.1,solid content about 600 g·L-1 and caustic concentration 150~180 g·L-1.The principle of the variation of particle size distribution during the nonideal growth process were also discussed by comparing the difference between the distribution curve of prediction and detection.
