摘　　要：北京矿冶研究总院在BF型浮选机的基础上对浮选机的结构参数和运转参数进行了研究改进,研制了针对铝土矿浮选工艺特点的BF-L型铝土矿选矿专用浮选机。本文介绍了BF-L型浮选机的结构特点,工作原理及铝土矿选矿的适应性研究。工业生产试验结果表明BF-L型浮选机完全满足铝土矿浮选工艺要求,取得了良好的工艺指标,为我国铝土矿选矿提供了一种高效的浮选设备。According to particularity of bauxite floatation technology,BF-L floatation machine is invented and manufactured by Beijing General Research Institute of Mining & Metallurgy.It is based on BF floatation machine and specialized for bauxite floatation technology.The structure,the principle of work,bauxite floatation of BF-L floatation machine were presented.The result of industrial test shows that BF-L floatation machine meets completely requests of bauxite floatation.BF-L floatation machine is a kind of high-efficiency floatation equipment for bauxite floatation desilication.
