摘 要:研究了火炬气结焦的性能及其动力学。考察不同反应压力、温度、时间下火炬气结焦的反应动力学行为,并以此建立火炬气结焦反应动力学模型。研究结果表明,火炬气的结焦是由其中的烯烃聚合引起,火炬气结焦受温度影响较大而受压力影响较小。在一定的压力范围内,火炬气的结焦反应可用一级反应动力学模型来描述,随温度变化的一级反应动力学模型速率常数可表示为k=8.82×105exp(-53.71/RT)。研究结果为火炬气回收防结焦工作提供了依据。The coking performance of flare gas and it's kinetic were studied.Kinetic experiments for coking reaction were carried out under different reaction pressures,reaction temperatures and reaction times.Kinetic models were also investigated and fitted with experimental data.It was shown that the coking components of the flare gas were olefins,coking reactions were mainly influenced by temperature with little effect by pressure.In a given pressure range,the coking reactions in the flare gas could be described by a linearly kinetic model,of which the reaction rate constant with temperature could be expressed as k=8.82×10^(5) exp(-53.71/RT).
