摘 要:对我国20个居群结缕草营养器官形态解剖数量性状的变异进行了观测和统计分析。结果表明:(1)不同结缕草居群在营养器官的解剖结构方面没有显著的差异,但在解剖数量性状方面有着明显的差异;(2)结缕草个体间的差异存在于居群内每个个体的每个解剖数量性状中;(3)结缕草居群中各营养器官的变异主要来源各不相同,其中根和匍匐茎来源于居群间的变异为40.77%和49.69%,而叶片的变异有55.37%存在于居群间;(4)叶肉厚度、叶片厚度、叶片下表皮细胞厚度、叶片上表皮细胞厚度、叶片下表皮细胞长度5个主成分的累计贡献率达到了81.40%,可以代表原始因子所代表的全部信息,也是造成不同居群间结缕草解剖数量性状差异的主要因素。The varitation of quantity characteristics in morphological anatomy of vegetative organs of 20 populations of Zoysia japonica were studied.The results showed :(1) There were no obvious differences in anatomy structure among populations,otherwise,the quantity characteristics in anatomy is very different.(2)There were differences in quantity characteristics of anatomy among individuals in a population.(3)The variation of vegetative organs among population came from different source,the variations in root and creeping stem among population weres 40.77% and 49.69%,leaves was 55.37%.(4)The cumulative contribution rate of five principle components of thickness of the layer of the mesophyll,the leaves thickness,the thickness of the upper and lower epidermis cell,the length of lower epidermis cell,whose cumulative contribution rate arrived 81.40%,and was the main factors that lead to the distinct quantity morphology difference among populations.
