摘  要:目的观察中波紫外线(UVB)诱导正常小鼠表皮日晒伤细胞形成。方法将110只正常ICR小鼠随机分为对照组,500,1 000,1 500,2 000 J/m2UVB照射后2 h组和1 500 J/m2紫外线照射后4 h组、8 h组、12 h组2、4 h组、48 h组7、2 h组(每组10只小鼠)。肉眼观察小鼠皮肤变化,透射电子显微镜观察小鼠表皮细胞超微结构改变。结果1 500 J/m2紫外线照射小鼠2 h后,表皮细胞轻度水肿,共有5只小鼠出现核固缩细胞(日晒伤细胞);1 500 J/m2UVB照射后24 h,共有7只小鼠见日晒伤细胞;1 500 J/m2UVB照射后48 h,2只小鼠可见核深染、核大的异常分裂像细胞。电镜下日晒伤细胞细胞核呈圆形,核膜不完整,染色质明显浓缩形成不同形状和大小的块状,呈现明显凋亡征象。结论1 500 J/m2UVB照射小鼠皮肤可诱导日晒伤细胞形成。Objective To observe sunburn cells of mouse epidermal induced by ultraviolet B.Methods Normal inbred ICR mice were divided into control group(sham irradiation group),ultraviolet irradiation groups with dosage of 500,(1 000),(1 500),(2 000) J/m^(2) for 2 hours,and 1 500 J/m^(2) for 4,8,12,24,48,72 hours groups with 10 mice in each group.Changes of mice skin were observed with naked eyes.Section was stained by H-E stain.Transmission electron microscope was used to observe ultrastructure changes of epidermal cells.[WTFZ]Results Epidermis became mildly swollen 2 h after 1 500 J/m^(2) UVB irradiation,karyopyknosis was found in 5 mice,namely sunburn cells.Cells became smaller,cytoplasm contracted with densing stain,chromatin condensed after 24 h (1 500) J/m^(2) UVB irradiation,epidermal cell appeared karyopyknosis in 7 mice.Conclusion Sunburn cells of mouse epiderma can be induced by (1 500)(J/m^(2)) UVB.
