摘 要:研究了利用酯交换反应生成的共聚酯对PC/PBT共混体系的增容效果,以及对材料的力学性能、微观结构和耐有机溶剂性能的影响。结果表明,随相容剂加入量的增大,材料力学性能出现极大值,材料微观形态显示,相容剂加入对材料增容效果显著,而加入量不足或过量时,在界面的分布的连续性降低,增容作用降低,性能下降。相容剂的加入使材料耐有机溶剂性能得到进一步提高。A compatibilizer was synthesized by transesterification,and the compatibility of PC/PBT blending material modified by the compatibilizer was studied,with the mechanical properties,microstructure and solvent resistance property tested and analyzed.Results showed that the maximal value of different mechanical properties was discovered with different content of the compatibilizer.The microphotographs of the material fracture surface showed that the compatibility of PC/PBT was obviously improved by the compatibilizer,and the solvent resistance property of the blends was further improved by the compatibilizer.On the other hand,deficient or excessive content of the compatibilizer was distributed discontinuously on interface,so the effect of the compatibility and properties of the material were decreased.
