福建大头蛙(Limnonectes fujianensis)精子形成的初步研究

摘　　要：初步研究将福建大头蛙精子形成过程中细胞核染色质的浓缩分为3个时期。从第1时期进入第2时期,染色质逐渐浓缩并相互聚集,细胞核延伸,细胞核前端出现顶体状物质,形成顶体帽。头部外周由核套包围,众多线粒体位于核套内,核后方出现近端及远端中心粒,并逐渐向后延伸形成轴丝复合体。从第2时期进入第3时期,染色质进一步浓缩,起先其间有零星电子透明斑点,随后斑点逐渐减少,最后大多消失,只在少数成熟精子中保留为核内小管。成熟精子的染色质高度浓缩,主要由均匀的电子致密物质构成。During the process of spermiogenesis of Limnonectes fujianensi, the nucleus of spermatid changes step by step. According to the morphology of the nucleus and the condensation of the chromatin, the spermatid nucleus can be divided into three stages. During the development from the stage 1 to the stage 2, the chromatin fibers became thicker and assembled each other gradually, the nucleus prolonged, and a structure like acrosome appeared in front of the nucleus,called acrosomal cap. In this period the head of spermatid was surrounded by manchette, in which there were some mitochondrias.At the back of the nucleus proximal centriole and distal centriole appeared,axonemal complex was formed. Entering stage 3,the condensation of the chromatin still furthering,there were fragmentary transparent spot in it at first,then the spots reduced gradually,most of which disappeared finally. Only in a few ripe sperms they became intranuclear tubule afterwards. The chromatin of the ripe sperms is highly concentrated.
