摘　　要：我国宪法中已经明确规定了行政补偿,但是我国法律体系中仍然没有一部统一的行政补偿立法。目前,有关的行政补偿决定散见于各个单行法律、法规当中,更没有针对环境行政补偿的法律、法规,而在现实中环境问题已经越来越影响到公民权的实现。China Constitution clearly defines the administrative compensation,however,there is lack of a law of administrative compensation.Now,administrative compensation articles can be seen in different laws and articles.There is not environmental administrative compensation,but this problem is more important for citizens.This article tries to solve this problem.
