SC2053诱导小麦雄性不育的效果研究

摘　　要：SC2053是一种新型化学杀雄剂(Chemical hybridizing agent,简称CHA),经对其杀雄效果试验,结果表明:SC2053喷撒最佳时期是药隔期,最佳剂量为495 g/hm^2;但对小麦的株高、单茎重、穗长、小穗教和小花数有负效应,从而制种产量降低。SC2053,as a new-style CHA(chemical hybridizing agent),was experimented to induce male sterility in wheat,and three CHA hybrids was experimented.The reaults shows:1)The suit- able period for wheat male-sterility induction of SC2053 is in the connection stage,the suitable con- centration is 495 kg/hm^2.And SC2053 affects negatively on strain weight、weight of per stem、spike length、spikelet number and floret number,so breeding yield reduces.
