摘　　要：流动人口作为一种客观存在的现象,对社会同时产生着正面和负面的作用和影响。人口的盲目无序流动,会直接影响到社会秩序和公共安全。如何通过引导和管理充分发挥其正面作用,抑制和消除其负面影响,是整个社会面临的亟待解决的问题。因此,从流动人口现状分析出发,针对流动人口及其治安管理中存在的问题、运用相关理论进行讨论和研究,提出符合我国现阶段流动人口治安管理的对策与方法,是有其现实意义的。As an objectively existing social phenomenon,floating population brings about positive and negative use and influence to the society at the same time.Blind and disordered float of population will affect social order and public security directly.How to fully develop its positive effects through guide and management as well as restrain and eliminate its negative effects is a problem to be urgently resolved by the whole society.Therefore,based on the analysis of the current situation of floating population,aiming at the existing problems in floating population and its public security management as well as applying related theories for discussion and study,it's of realistic significance to put forward countermeasures and ways in accordance with present public security management of floating population in our country.
