摘　　要：研究了微波消解制样3-羧基二苯胺光度法测定化学需氧量的新方法,COD值在0-600mg·L-1范围内与吸光度呈良好的线性关系。对实际水样测定结果的准确度和精密度都能很好地满足要求。A new spectrophotometric method for the determination of COD with 3 - carboxylic diphenylamine was studied. The sample was digested in a microwave oven. Values of the COD and absorbability are in linear relation when COD value is between 0-600mg·L-1. The proposed method has been applied to the analysis of some natural water samples and results obtained are satisfactory both in accuracy and precision.
