摘　　要：目的制备复方铋合剂(MBC)并建立其质量控制方法。方法以枸橼酸铋铵为主药与氯化钾、甘油、陈皮酊等配成复方铋合剂,采用络合滴定法检测本品中铋的含量,并对制剂的稳定性进行了观察。结果复方铋合剂的制备工艺简单,质量稳定,含量测定快速、准确。结论该制剂工艺可用于常规制备复方铋合剂。Objective To prepare the mixture bismuth composition(MBC) and to establish the quality control for this preparation.Methods Bismuth ammonium citrate was taken as the chief component with potassium chloride,glycerol, tincture aurante,etc for the preparation of MBC.The bismuth content of the preparation was determined by complex titration,and stability of the preparation was examimed,too.Results The procedure of preparation was simple,and the quantitative determination was quick,and accurate while the quality was reliable.Conclusion The procedure described here can be used to prepare the mixture bismuth composition.
