摘　　要：农户交易中介化就是农户利用中介组织实现交易市场化的一种方式或手段,它是一种先进的交易方式,其基本功能就是节省农户的交易成本,提高农户进入市场的交易效率,消除“两个失效”。着重论述了目前我国农户的交易方式及其面临的问题,并对研究成果进行了梳理,为研究“农户交易中介化”提供立论依据。Peasant household intermediary transaction is a basic means through which peasant households make use of the intermediary organizations to complete transactions.It is an efficient and advanced transaction pattern with the basic advantages of saving transaction cost,improving transaction efficiency and eliminating 'two policy failures'.This article describes the present transaction pattern and the problems confronting China,reviews the research results and offers a theoretical basis for the study of 'peasant household intermediary transaction'.
