彩色多普勒超声对内脏动脉瘤的诊断价值

摘　　要：目的探讨彩色多普勒血流成像(CDFl)对内脏动脉瘤的诊断价值。方法回顾性分析4例肾动脉瘤、2例肠系膜上动脉瘤、3例脾动脉瘤和2例肝动脉瘤的CDFl特征,所有病例均经X线血管造影检查证实。结果内脏动脉瘤的特征性超声表现为在肾动脉、肠系膜上动脉、脾动脉和肝动脉主干上有局限性扩张膨出,瘤内显示为红蓝相间的漩流血流信号,该特征随瘤体增大而明显,瘤口显示为收缩期单向正向血流信号,瘤体与相连的动脉干及瘤体内均为动脉血流频谱。结论CDFl可作为肾动脉瘤、肠系膜上动脉瘤、脾动脉瘤和肝动脉瘤的首选检查方法。Objective To investigate the diagnostic value for internal organ aneurysms using color Doppler flow imaging (CDFI). Methods A total of 11 cases with aneurysms : renal artery aneurysm in 4 cases, superior mesenteric artery (in 2), splenic artery (3) and hepatic artery (2) . They were evaluated by means of CDFI, and confirmed by X-ray angiography. Results The characteristic appearance on CDFI in these aneurysms was local expansion on the main trunk of these arteries, and showed red-blue parallel whirling flow. The larger the aneurysm, the more obvious the flow .The single systolic forward blood flow was found in the opening of the aneurysms, and the arterial blood flow appeared in the junction of the aneurysm body and the connected artery trunk. Conclusions CDFI is the first chosen method to detect the internal organ aneurysms .
