摘　　要：“非法挂靠”是一种严重的违法行为,但由于法制的不健全以及执法不严,如今建筑市场中“非法挂靠”现象严重,它直接影响建筑产品的质量,严重扰乱了建筑市场的正常秩序和危及人民生活的安全.文章就此问题分析了其产生的原因及其危害,提出了解决的办法.The phenomenon of 'illgal affiliation' is serious unlawful practice,because of the few responding regulations and relaxed enforcement in the law,the serious 'illgal affiliation' in construction market directly influences the quality of architectuai products,rigs the natural system of construction market,and endangers people's life safety heavily,this paper analyzes the cause and harm of such a phenomenon and proposes some solutions.
