摘　　要：随着社会的进步,人类文明程度的提高,人际交往能力在人们生活中显得越来越重要,大学生具备良好的人际交往能力,不仅有助于建立和谐的人际关系,而且有助于未来的择业就业,更是构建和谐社会对人才素质的基本要求。With the progress of the society and human civilization, the ability of inter-personal communication has become more and more important in our lives. We should have good ability of inter-personal communication, because it is good for us to build up the harmonious inter-personal relationship and choose our future career. What's more, it is essential for us to build up the harmonious society.
