摘　　要：文章主要从稳定是历史发展的要求,是现代中国社会历史发展的基本前提条件,和实现稳定的社会历史条件等方面论述邓小平关于“稳定”的历史哲学思想。认识稳定在社会历史发展中的理论和实践地位。The text mainly talks about Deng Xiao-ping's historical and philosophical thoughts of 'being firm' from the following: Being firm is the history demands and also the fundamental preconditions for modern China to get her society and history developed, and being firm is the social and historic requirements to achieve a peaceful world. Its theory and practice position in the development course of the society and history should be recognized.
