摘　　要：目的探讨多种内固定钢板治疗不稳定型挠骨远端骨折手术疗效。方法比较国内外先进的不同种材料钢板治疗挠骨远端骨折的手术方法。结果多种不同种材料型号钢板以及配合外固定支架治疗挠骨远端骨折都达到满意的治疗效果。结论不稳定型挠骨远端骨折有众多的亚型,必须根据具体的骨折类型选择不同种的内、外固定手术方法。Objective To explore the multiple internal plates for the unstable distal radius fracture.MethodTo compare the advanced internal and external fixation operations for the unstable distal radius fracture from different countries.Result Each operative treatment with internal plates or external fixator reported in the article reached excellent or good result.Conclusion The reports showed that since different mechanisms of injury result in dis-tinct fracture patterns,each subtype of distal radius fractures merits a unique approach.[
