摘　　要：政府投资与其他投资主体不同,尽管政府投资涉及范围较广,但其投资更多地还是投向基础设施、基础产业、重点产业和支柱产业,把社会效益最大化作为投资的目标。对政府投资效益的评价要从社会效益、宏观效益、长期动态效益及投资的相关效益等方面来分析,要科学地建立一套适合政府投资效益评价标准的方法及其指标体系。Government is quite different with other investing institution. Although it invests on a large scale, but it mainly focuses on infrastructure, basic industry, significant and pillar industry and it aims at optimum benefits of whole society. So government investment efficiency should be evaluated through four standards: society benefits, macro-benefits, long-term dramatic benefits and investment-related benefits. At the same time, an applicable system of government investment efficiency evaluation methods and standards should be established scientifically.
