呼吸内科病历抗感染药物的药物利用研究

摘　　要：目的评估某综合医院呼吸科抗感染药物应用情况。方法随机抽取呼吸科2006年2月份入院的100份病历,对抗感染药物应用情况进行统计分析,以药物利用指数(DUI)作为分析判断指标。结果DUI为0.9￣1.1占33.33%,疗程为6.6天,每日抗感染药费为296.3元,使用频度最高的是β-内酰胺类,13例患者发生抗感染药物不良反应。结论该院呼吸科抗感染药物应用基本合理,但存在抗感染药物联合使用不当、药费过高、频繁更换抗感染药物等问题,应加强合理用药的监督和指导。Objective Appraises some general hospital breath branch anti-infection medicine application situation. Methods Stochastically extracts 100 medical records which the breath branch in February, 2006 is hospitalized, the resistance infection medicine application situation carries on the statistical analysis, (DUI) takes the analysis judgement target by the medicine using the index.Results DUI is 0.9-1.1 accounts for 33.33%, the treatment course is 6.6 days, the anti- infection charges for medicine are every day 296.3 Yuan, are β-Lactams which the use frequency is highest, 13 examples patients have the anti- infection medicine not good to respond.Conclusion This courtyard breath branch anti- infection medicine application basic reasonable, but has the anti- infection medicine union use not when, the charges for medicine excessively are high, frequently replace question and so on anti- infection medicine,should strengthen reasonably uses the medicine the surveillance and the instruction.
