摘  要:目的研究儿科病房产超广谱β-内酰胺酶(ESBLs)细菌的耐药性。方法对2004年1月 ̄2004年12月分离的肠杆菌科细菌,用生物-梅里埃ATB药敏系统进行鉴定和药物敏感试验。结果543株肠杆菌科细菌共检出137株产ESBLs细菌(检出率25.2%),其中大肠埃希菌61株(29.0%),肺炎克雷伯菌48株(43.6%)。产ESBLs菌对18种抗生素的耐药率与不产ESBLs菌相比差异有显著性。结论产ESBLs菌对大多数抗生素耐药性严重,应加强对产ESBLs细菌耐药性的监测;及时准确地检测病原菌,指导临床合理用药,减少耐药菌株产生。Objective To investigate the drug resistance of 137 strains of extended-spectrum beta-lactamases(ESBLs)- producing bacteria in children.Methods The Enterobacteria sperated during 12 months from January/December 2004 were identified with VITEK_ATB system and tested for drug resistance.Results The total SBELs-isolating rate was 25.2% . The SBELs-isolating rates were 29.0% and 43.6% respectively in Escherichia coli and Klebsiellaspp. The discrepancy to eighteen antibiotics of drug resistance rate between ESBLs-producing strains and non-ESBLs-producing was significant.Conclusion ESBLs-producing strains have severe drug resistance to mass antibiotic. We must enforce the inspection of ESBLs-producing strains and give a guide for the clinicin.
