重组人干扰素α-2b联合阿昔洛韦治疗带状疱疹的临床效果及护理观察

摘　　要：目的探讨重组人干扰素α-2b联合阿昔洛韦治疗带状疱疹的临床疗效,促进本病痊愈,减少后遗痛。方法将带状疱疹病人70例分成2组,治疗组口服阿昔洛韦片200mg,每日4次,外涂重组人干扰素α-2b软膏,每日4次,配合适当的护理措施;对照组仅口服阿昔洛韦片。观察两组病人的止痛、结痂、脱痂、治愈等情况。结果治疗组疗效与对照组比较有显著性差异(P<0.01),止痛、结痂、脱痂时间明显短于对照组(P<0.01)。结论重组人干扰素α-2b联合阿昔洛韦并配合护理措施治疗带状疱疹明显提高疗效,减少后遗神经痛的发生率。Objective to determine the clinical curative effect of recombinate human interferonα-2b and acyclovir treating on herpes zoster.Methods patients are divided into two groups,In the group of treatment, 200 mg acyclovir tablets are orally taken,4 times a day, and the recombinant human interferonα-2b is spread on the affected parts , 4 times a day, with some proper nursing practice; In the group of comparison, the patients only take acyclovir tablets. Observe the condition of pain relieving, incrustation, decrustation, curing etc.Results the curial effect of the group of treatment is better than the group of comparison, and the time of pain relieving , incrustation, decrustation is also shorter than the group of comparison, P<0.01.Conclusion the treatment of recombinant human interferonα-2b combinated with acyclovir treating on herpes zoster is more effective, and can reduce the incidence rate of lingering effects of nerval pain.
