摘　　要：目的建立莪术油葡萄糖注射液中莪术二酮的含量测定方法。方法采用Kromasil-CN柱(250×4.6mm),乙腈—水(32:68)为流动相,检测波长为220nm。结果莪术二酮的回收率为98.86%,RSD=2.58%(n=5)。结论本法简便、快速、重现性好,可作为莪术油葡萄糖注射液的定量分析方法。Objective To develop a method for determination of Curdione in Zedoary turmeric oil and Glucose Injection.Methods The analysis was performed on a Kromasil -CN column,with a mobile phase of acetonitrile-water(32:68),the detection wavelength was 220nm.Results Recovery of Curdione was 98.86%,RSD=2.58%.Conclusion This method is simple and repeatable,and it be used for the quantitative analysis of Curdione in Zedoary turmeric oil and Glucose Injection.
