摘　　要：浆细胞样树突状细胞前体细胞(Pre-DC2)是属于淋巴系的一类细胞,自造血干细胞分化发育而来,表达独特表型的Pre-DC2在先天性和适应性免疫应答方面均发挥重要作用。作为体内主要的Ⅰ型干扰素(IFN)分泌细胞,Pre-DC2还具有诱导T细胞无反应性的能力。同时Pre-DC2还广泛参与病毒性疾病,自身免疫疾病,肿瘤等,本文就此作一综述。Plasmacytoid dendritic cell precursors(Pre-DC2) are of lymphoid origin,developing from hematopoietic stem cells(HSC).Pre-DC2 with specific phenotypic characteristics plays an important role in both innate immune responses and adaptive immune responses.As professional type 1 interferon-producing cells,Pre-DC2 have a capacity to induce an anergic state in human T cell lines.Thus, Pre-DC2 involved in viral infectious diseases,autoimmune diseases,and tumor.Here,we review the functions of Pre-DC2 and the relations of Pre-DC2 with human diseases.
