摘　　要：酶联免疫斑点技术(enzyme-linked immunospot assay,ELISPOT)广泛应用在肿瘤疫苗开发、疗效评价和肿瘤病因研究方面,本文就ELISPOT技术的历史、原理、一般步骤、在肿瘤研究中的应用及优缺点做一综述。The enzyme-linked immunospot assay(ELISPOT) is widespread used in the fields of tumor vaccine exploitation,therapeutic effect evaluation,and tumor etiopathogenisis research.This review introduces the history,principle,and general procedure of ELISPOT,as well as the advantage and disadvantage of ELISPOT application in tumor research.
