摘　　要：淋巴细胞活化是适应性免疫应答的关键因素,免疫突触的形成是T细胞识别抗原、增殖和活化的关键步骤,是机体细胞免疫应答和体液免疫应答的重要组成部分。干预免疫突触形成,可望用于预防治疗与免疫相关的疾病。Lymphocyte activation is a key factor of adaptive immune responses.The formation of immunological synapse,which is the key procedure of T cell antigen-recognition,proliferation,and activation,is an important component of the cellular and humoral immune responses.The intervening of the formation of immunological synapse can be utilized to treat relevant immunological diseases.
