摘 要:从一株链霉菌的发酵液中提取黑色素,并进行纯化后,通过红外吸收IR光谱和ESI-MS质谱对其结构进行分析。初步确定其主要由11个成分组成,并根据高分辨质谱数据,结合文献得到它们的分子式,推测出其可能的结构式。同时分析了分离纯化方法对黑色素结构的可能影响。The melanin was extracted from the fermentation solution of streptomycet,and its chemical structure was studied by IR and ESI-MS.The melains was principiumly determined as 11 components and its probable structual formular was speculated accordding to literatures.Meanwhile,the dissolvation character was tested and the possible affection of the method used during the course of seperation and purification to the melanin structure.
