HPLC法测定罗汉果中罗汉果苷ⅡE、苷Ⅲ的含量

摘　　要：采用ZORBAX SB-C18(4.6 mm×150 mm,5 μm)色谱柱,以乙腈-水(25:75)为流动相,流速1 mL/min,柱温25℃,二极管阵列检测器,检测波长为203 nm,以外标法测定了罗汉果中罗汉果苷ⅡE、苷Ⅲ的含量.罗汉果苷ⅡE在1.934～25.142μg,苷Ⅲ在2.070～26.910μg范围内呈线性关系,平均加样回收率为96.6%与97.9%.To determine mogrosides ⅡE and Ⅲ in the fruit of Siraitia grosvenorii,the following measurement conditions were used: ZORBAX SBC18(4.6 mm×150 mm,5 μm)column,at 25 ℃ and detected at 203 nm;acetonitrile-water(25:75) as mobile phase,at a flow rate of 1 mL/min.The calibration curve was liner over a range from 1.934 μg to 25.142 μg for mogroside ⅡE and from 2.070 μg to 26.910 μg for mogroside Ⅲ.The average recovery rates for mogrosides ⅡE and Ⅲ(n=5) were 96.6% and 97.9%.
