摘 要:为了进一步探究镧的诱导抗病性机制,通过盆栽试验测定了镧对水稻幼苗体内蛋白质、糖类的代谢,及苯丙氨酸解氨酶、过氧化物酶和多酚氧化酶等防御性酶的活性的影响。结果表明,镧浸种处理后,能参与植物体的物质代谢,提高了植株体内蛋白质和还原糖的含量;提高了水稻幼苗体内与抗菌物质合成有关的苯丙氨酸解氨酶、过氧化物酶和多酚氧化酶等一些关键酶的活性,从而通过改变植物体内的物质代谢,提高防御性酶的活性,增加酚类等抗菌物质的积累,提高植物的抗病性。Some biochemical mechanisms plant disease resistance induced with La were proved.The content of soluble protein and reductive sugar in rice seedling was measured,and effect of Lanthanum on activity of Phenylalanine ammonialyase(PAL),Peroxidase(POD) and Polyphenol oxidase(PPO) was studied after the rice seed soaked La solution.The results indicate that La participates in substance metabolism of plant,and the content of soluble protein and reductive sugar in plant increases.Some key enzymes related to synthesis of anti-pathogen substance in rice seedling such as PALase,PODase and PPOase were stimulated;their activity was increased remarkably.By changing the metabolism of substance,increasing anti-disease enzymes activity and accumulation of anti-pathogen substance,hydroxybenzene in plant,for example,the resistance of plant against disease is increased.
