摘 要:[目的]了解早期教育对婴幼儿体格、智能发育的影响,提高婴幼儿体格智能水平。[结果]将2002年7月至2005年7月在济南市妇幼保健院建立母子保健手册的正常孕妇所生新生儿500名,随机分为2组,每组250人,1组进行早期教育,1组为对照,进行为期1年的智能、运动与发育监测。[结果]出生后42d、3个月、12个月,教育组的身高、体重均大于对照组(P<0.01);在适应性、大运动、精细运动、语言和社会交往等5个能区(3月龄的适应性除外)教育组均好于对照组(P<0.01);出现坐、站立的时间,教育组早于对照组(P<0.01);4个月时测试,教育组与对照组气质得分无明显差异。[结论]早期教育能明显增进婴幼儿的体格与智能发育。[Objective]Understanding of early education on the developmental impact of infant and child medical wisdom to maximize the level of infant and child medical wisdom.[Methods]Will be from July 2002 to July 2005 in Jinan City MCH establish child care center manual normal pregnant women born neonatal 500 randomly divided into two groups,each 250 people,one group of early education,one group for which a one-year wisdom,movement and growth monitoring.[Results]Birth 42 d,3 months,12 months,early education group height,weight are greater than in Group(P<0.01);Education Unit in adaptability,big campaigns,sophisticated campaign,language and social interaction,five to three zones,adaptability moon age without obvious differences(P>0.05)other good things in pairs(P<0.01);a sitting,standing time,the Education Unit as early as in Section(P<0.01);without obvious differences in Group 2.[Conclusion]Early education can significantly enhance the medical wisdom of infant and child development.
